  The road there is a bit bumpy but it was no big problem. It is cheap and there are a few packages to choose from. You can get a general admission or a guided tour and you can even feed some of the animals. They have quite a few animals with informative bulletins next to each of them. They also have benches to sit and eat your lunch. I only have a small negative comment and it's that the enclosures are all kind of small for the animals, in my opinion. Perhaps one day they can expand their enclosures.

  I've lived up here my whole life and barely visited this place for the first time this year. I've definitely been deprived of a fun, affordable, local experience by not visiting this place much sooner. It was a fun place to visit and great place to get the kids out of the house. Will definitely be returning more often :)
